Findings of Client Survey/Questionnaire

A survey was used to discover students problems and concerns to improve customer service at Brass.

The finding shows that  students and service users will benefit at Brass as shown below:

  1. Service users happiness is the core objective at Brass.
  2. Improving the consistency of the customer satisfaction within the organisation.
  3. Providing a greater appreciation for the needs of the beneficiaries. 
  4. Increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Improve speed and quality
